Visual Audio Times is looking to hire a Digital Community Manager to join its podcast network service.
As DCM, you will provide management to an organization’s social media presence. By supporting communications on various social platforms, you will ensure that content published meets brand guidelines and overall communication style. You will monitor social media channels to build a community of followers, handle support questions, and increase engagement.
Roles and Responsibilities
Run all social media account campaigns.
Formulate high-quality novel written and visual content for each social media campaign.
Build social media presence by maintaining a solid online presence.
Monitor the company and individual podcasts' brands on social media.
Build brand awareness by engaging relevant influencers.
Manage our online communities to ensure respectful and appropriate engagement.
Respond to comments on each of our accounts.
Oversee customer service provided via social media.
Analyze data to determine whether social media campaigns have achieved their objectives.
